Kaskade was born and grew up in Chicago. Home of house music. Living in Chicago, Kaskade was surrounded by house music. He would hear in on the radio, and hearing it at the clubs. This led Kaskade to open his own record store called Mechanized Records. However, in 2000 Kaskade picked up his records and moved to San Francisco were he worked at Om Records as an A&R. By 2001 Kaskade released his first single "What I Say"
Kaskade has been topping the charts with his producing skills. For example, the albume, "Be Still", reached #4 on Billboard
Magazine's Hot Dance Club Play. Kaskade also remixed "Sorry", which was nominated for a 2008 Grammy for beat Remixed Recording.
Now you can catch Kaskade ripping up the turntables at venues world wide. Kaskade is now signed with Ultra Rec. producing top chart hits.
